Process, and particularly managed and just transitions towards a carbon price is critical. We can learn that much from Australia, but intersting to see WWF's statement ahead of the Budget Speech keeping the issue on the radar. Unless we price carbon in to our economic transactions, we end up inflicting its costs on everyone and using society to subsidise polluters.
